For years, my work has lived at the intersection of decision-making, structure, and human complexity. I’ve supported founders, professionals, and leaders who are capable, thoughtful, and already doing a lot but are holding too much alone. The common thread is rarely a lack of intelligence or effort. It’s the absence of space to slow down and think well.

How I Came to This Work

How I Came to This Work

Early in my career, I noticed something that never gets talked about openly: the people who move forward most effectively are rarely doing it alone. They have advisors. They have sounding boards. They have places to think without performing.

I also saw what happens when capable people try to be self-sufficient in environments that don’t reward it. Decisions get rushed, priorities blur, and progress becomes reactive.

My work grew from that observation and from years of sitting inside real conversations where what mattered most wasn't execution, but judgment.
